Mary Maxfield, Cabinet member for cultural and active communities got her hair wet rather than her hands dirty as she helped swimming classes at Kidsgrove Sports Centre, while Phil Maskery, Cabinet member for safer and stronger communities, kept the borough’s motorists honest by spending the morning with the civil enforcement officers.
