Market Trader says: “Hello ciao buorgiorno benvenuti welcome on the Italian
Newcastle market.”

Reporter asks: “So Claudio can you tell us a bit about your company?”

Market Trader answers: “Yes we are 100 per cent Italian guys, we do 100 per cent
Italian food, we run this business 10 years now as an Italian market two years.”

Reporter asks: “What sort of things do you sell?”

Market Trader answers: “We sell only Italian food, all the food that you got on a
normal table of Italian people Parma ham, we got salami, we got cheeses any sort of
cheeses from the mountain or from the seaside or the island we sell arangini from
Sicily, we sell sausage, typical sausage made with pork, 100 per cent pork we got
drinking chocolate, nougat, is torrone in Italian, we got olive oil in different flavours
we got vinegar in different flavours, biscuits, typical biscuits.”

Reporter asks: “Lots of things?”

Market Trader answers: “Yes.”

Reporter asks: “What's been the public's reaction today, what things have they been
buying?”

Market Trader answers: “In my stall it's the Parma ham that's most popular and
mozzarella.”

Reporter asks: “So have you had a good day today?”

Market Trader answers: “Yes was a good day, apart from the weather of course,
everything was okay, thank you.”
