New guidance has been released by Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, in partnership with LACORS which aims to help people who may be thinking of renting out their home.
If you are thinking of becoming a private landlord, a lack of knowledge of the law could prove costly further down the line.
By following the simple 10 point checklist in the guidance below, you can avoid trouble when renting out your home.
