Beeston Shenton Solicitors provide a highly qualified and experienced solicitor, specialising in family law issues, to offer advice and options to those residents at risk of becoming homeless due to relationship breakdown.  This may include relationships that have broken down due to domestic violence.

The service aims to prevent homelessness by informing people of the options that can be pursued to allow them to remain in their accommodation without having to resort to a homeless application.

The initial appointment is free of charge to all people accessing the service, although anybody not eligible for public legal funding would have pay for any ongoing legal services themselves.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE SERVICE?

The surgery runs on an appointment system and can be accessed through Newcastle Housing Advice (01782 635200) who are based at Aspire Housing's offices.
