Play Day Activities Hit the Road

Good communications and information are the lifeblood of any successful organisation and Newcastle Borough Council is committed to keeping our residents, staff and partners informed.

The Council’s Communications Team plays a key role in making sure correct, up to date and relevant information from the local authority is made available.

We produce the Reporter newspaper 10 times a year; issue press releases and comments to the local and national media; compile an audio round up of events and happenings at the Council called podcasts; film video content to highlight services and activities.

Our award-winning civic newspaper is produced 10 times a year and contains a mixture of news, photographs, events and competitions about the Council and our public sector partners.
