Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
PublicAccess is normally available 24 hours a day. If updates to the system are required these will usually be carried out between 12 midnight and 6 am.
The data which the site draws on is continually being developed. PublicAccess, therefore, should not be relied upon in connection with a property transaction and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Local Land Charges Search. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from Public Access. Similarly, the information contained within PublicAccess does not in any way constitute a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
PublicAccess can be used to submit comments about current applications within the valid publicity period. Like all such comments received by the Borough Council, these are open to public inspection.
Please bear in mind that any communications you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties. Any communication received concerning this application will be displayed on the internet. You may wish to avoid unnecessary publication of your personal details by sending your representations as attachments when corresponding by e-mail but you will need to include your name and address. The council does not required signatures on letters.
