Unfortunately, we didn't win the £50,000 award as a result of Monday's vote.
But we are still in with a chance of picking up the fifth grant, which will go to the runner-up with the most votes from this week's projects.
Watch this space!

You can help to create a children's play area - by casting your phone vote on Monday, 23 November.

What's It All About || The Plans || The People's Millions
The project will develop a castle themed children’s play area in Queen Elizabeth Park. The play area will include natural play features as part of the landscape setting for the main castle feature. Children from local schools and the community will be involved in the design of the play area and creating interpretation panels, which will tell the story of the castle and the development of Newcastle-under-Lyme. The project will provide exercise opportunities whilst stimulating learning about the history of the area. It will improve the local environment by creating a much needed community facility on a currently under-used and uninspiring site which will provide opportunities for local children to access and enjoy their environment through play, exercise and learning.
