Important Notes to Applicants and Agents:
1. Design and Access Statements are required for many applications. For further information click on 'Design & Access Statements' on the left of this page.
2. When a Planning Application is submitted to the Council, the information you provide in this connection, which will appear in the Register, will also be published on the Local Authority website. If you have specific concerns as a result of your particular circumstances, you can ask the Council to not include your details on the website although these details will still appear in the Register.
