Design and Access Statements

Such statements should help to provide a proper understanding of the site, its context and the proposed development.  All sites situated in a Conservation Area or affecting a listed building require a comprehensive statement.  For the latest information see the council’s page on Design and Access Statements and visit the CABE website.
