Everyone who comes onto the website will have slightly different needs and by following a few simple steps you can customise this site to suit your needs.

The website has 16 main sections and these appear in the main menu on every page. The homepage has 9 slots that contain quick links to areas within 9 of these sections, when you first visit the site these will be automatically filled with the default sections.

On this page you can simply tick the boxes next to the categories you know you wnat to see and the next time you visit the site the homepage will be set as you want it to be, if at anytime you want to change this just come back to this page and alter your selection.

So if you come on regularly to find out your recycling dates make sure the Environment box is ticked, like to keep up to date with the latest Council decisions then tick the Council & Democracy box and if you want to know what activities are available in our leisure centres then tick the Leisure & Culture box.

All this system requires is that you have cookies enabled on your computer. Cookies are a small file that will be saved on your computer, it will hold no personal data, it is simply used to remember how you want the site to look.
