Update for 19 July 2021

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council will continue to monitor local levels of Covid 19 and this may mean we may have to alter our approach to service delivery dependent on Government/Industry advice in the future.

We would kindly request any person showing symptoms of COVID, be awaiting PCR test results or subject to self-isolation or quarantine not to attend our facility to help protect our other users and staff.

We will be keeping hand sanitisers in place and we encourage all users visiting Jubilee2 to continue to use this.

We will retain the one way systems and floor markers to encourage social distancing.

We will encourage all visitors to Jubilee2 to wear face coverings whilst in general circulation spaces.

There is no café provision on site.

You must bring your Lyme Card with you to all activities otherwise you will not be able to attend an activity.

In busy sessions, numbers may have to be restricted and therefore you may not be able to participate in your chosen session.

There is a limit of 15 young people in the gym at any time.

We expect all participants on the SPACE scheme to follow any advice given in order to keep all participants other customers and staff safe at all times. Repeated poor behaviour will result in your membership being withdrawn and no refund given.

For any other information requests, please email us.
