We are looking for two enthusiastic Support Assistants for Environmental Health Services who is committed to providing excellent customer service, service specific advice and administrative support.

You will be providing advice and support to managers, employees and customers across Environmental Health Services. You will be required to conduct a full range of advisory and administrative duties necessary to ensure that teams are supported and that information is stored and processed accurately.

Environmental Health is working towards operating a paperless administration system, therefore it is essential that you have good IT skills for MS office applications and some knowledge of electronic document management systems (Information at Work) and Civica’s APP would be an advantage but not essential. You must be able to adapt to changes in work flow, administration and IT systems.

You should have good time management skills, be able to prioritise potentially conflicting tasks, and work to deadlines.

You should have experience of working in administration; have at least 3 GCSEs including Maths and English, ECDL or Level 2 NVQ in administration or customer care or equivalent.
