Property Assistant

Housing, Regeneration and Asset Services

£21,589 to £23,836 per annum

37 hrs per week

 

We are looking for a person to join our Property Team who is able to assist in dealing with all aspects of land and premises management including disposals. This is a permanent position.

You must have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s (including English & Maths) and ideally (although this is not essential) a degree or equivalent qualification in property/estate management, together with relevant experience. You should have knowledge and experience of IT and its application to property related work.

As a member of a small, committed and hard-working team, you will be involved in both proactive and reactive work across many of the disciplines that lie within the team’s remit.

You should be organised, diligent and flexible, with excellent communication skills and able to work on your own initiative. You will have an eye for detail and be comfortable working under pressure.

You must have a full, current valid driving licence with access to a vehicle which is available for work purposes.
