An existing opportunity has arisen to join the management team at Jubilee2. The main role will be to assist the Aquatics Manager /Health and Fitness to ensure that our quality standards and customer expectations are met. You will be involved in the developing and auditing quality systems across all business areas at Jubilee2. A part of this role you will be required to identify service improvement opportunities and make recommendations on how they can be implemented.
You will provide operational management cover at Jubilee 2 and must therefore be familiar with the day to day operational requirements in running a large wet and dry facility.
The ideal candidate must hold a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, a First Aid at Work Certificate and an ISRM Pool Plant Operator’s Certificate and a broad knowledge of wet and dry leisure activities and ideally experience of managing quality systems.
You will also need a current valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
