Help and support during the Ukraine crisis

We are working with the government and our partners to help the Ukrainian people in any way we can.

Staffordshire County Council is providing a triage service for all enquiries including all offers of support, requests for information and other issues relating to Ukraine. In Newcastle-under-Lyme we have local support services in place and we are responding to all requests as quickly as we can.

Please use this dedicated email address for all enquiries about the schemes in place to support Ukrainian refugees here: ukraine@staffordshire.gov.uk.
