Housing and economic needs assessment (2020)
Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council commissioned Turley’s to undertake a housing and economic assessment for the joint housing market area and functional economic area. Assessing housing and economic need is the first step in the process of deciding how many homes and employment land need to be planned for in the new local plan.
