This is an assessment of the accommodation needs of gypsies, travellers and travelling showpeople that has been undertaken jointly by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council. It identifies the future pitch requirements for accommodating permanently settled gypsies, travellers and travelling showpeople as well as those in transit.
