June 2023: consultation on first draft local plan
We have published our first draft local plan for consultation. The local plan sets out a vision, strategic objectives and development strategy for the borough, up to 2040, by allocating land for development and including policies for determining planning applications.
Consultation on the first draft local plan starts on 19 June 2023 and lasts until 14 August 2023.
