Refund and Returns Policy for Garden Waste

Returning your sticker if it’s unwanted

Please return your sticker unused and in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund your subscription.

Cancellation​

You have 14 days from the date you made your payment to cancel the service.  Requests to cancel the service must be made in writing and sent to:

Customer Services, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL

You must also return the unused sticker to this address.  If you have put the subscription sticker on to the bin please note that no refund will be available.

Examples:

  1. The customer changes his/her mind within 14 days of purchasing a sticker
     Outcome - the sticker should be returned to Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle ST5 1BL  requesting a refund.
    ​If the sticker is returned within 14 days a refund will be processed.
     
  2. The customer has applied for more stickers than they require
    Outcome - the sticker should be returned to Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle ST5 1BL.
    If the sticker is returned within 14 days a refund will be processed.
     
  3. A customer has ordered and paid for a sticker on line and provided the wrong address
    Outcome – the sticker will be replaced. 
    Customers should e-mail Customer Services   
     
  4. A customer has ordered a bin and has changed their mind within 14 days
    Outcome – Unfortunately this is non-refundable
     
  5. A customer has ordered a bin and changed their mind outside the 14 days
    Outcome – A refund will not be made.
     
  6. Any refund request outside the 14 day time frame with the exception of 3 above
    Outcome – A refund will not be made.
