Charter for the bereaved

In our commitment to providing an excellent service to the bereaved, we are a Gold Award Charter for the Bereaved member. We adopted the charter in 2003 and have been awarded the gold standard award every year.

The Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM) charter for the bereaved is a set standard for bereavement services. Our service is assessed annually by the ICCM and the results are published on their website. Members are awarded a gold, silver or bronze standard.
