All payments for car parking tickets or fines are dealt with by Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
Please have the following to hand before completing the online payment:
- notice number
- the type of penalty you have received (on-road, car park, bus lane etc.)
- the date you received the penalty
- your vehicle registration
- amount to pay
Your information will be processed electronically by us and our partners at Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
