Money Wellness

Money Wellness are commissioned by the Money and Pensions Service, an arm's-length body of the Department for Work and Pensions, and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide:

  • free debt advice
  • income maximisation
  • budgeting guidance
  • benefits assessment
  • vulnerability support

Money Wellness is one of the largest providers of free debt advice in the UK, supporting over 1,000 financially vulnerable individuals every day.

They support financially vulnerable individuals allowing people to speak to a debt adviser over the phone or use their online digital journey to get tailored support for their situation.

This includes:

  • extra support for those who have an additional vulnerability such as a physical disability
  • budgeting skills
  • income maximisation checks
  • signposting to external support services such as mental health charities and food bank referrals.
