Other services and further support

Visit the Self Service Portal. This is for staff and councillors only.

To use this service you must:

  • have pre-registered for the service
  • have your authentication device available
  • know the answers to your authentication questions.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

If you don't already have an up-to-date Antivirus application, you can register for Sophos Home and download it for free. The service is web-based and once installed, will automatically protect your PC or Mac.

Please note: ICT does not offer support for Sophos Home.
