How much does it cost?

A fee is charged on application for each of the following registration activities.

Please note: if the appropriate fee is not paid within 2 working days of the application being made, the application will be deemed incomplete, will be closed, and you will need to reapply.

Registration of premises used for cosmetic piercing

This includes tattooing, semi permanent make-up, micro pigmentation, electrolysis and acupuncture. Registration is for one treatment, for example tattooing or ear piercing.
