Tuesday: women's only walking group
Meet Charlotte and Vikcy from "INTO Newcastle" for a gentle paced walk through Brampton park and along to Stubbs walk. The walk is 2 miles and will take about 60 minutes. Meet outside Brampton Museum every Tuesday 10:30am, enjoy these beautiful green spaces and then circle back to the Brampton museum cafe for a cuppa and a chat.
Wednesday: tai chi
Every Wednesday 3.15pm starting October 2024.
Feeling stressed or anxious? Then why not try the traditional Chinese mind-body exercise of Tai Chi Qigong. These exercises combine slow deliberate movements with meditation and controlled breathing which when practiced regularly will aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.

Allyson hires our Alder room every Thursday morning to host vibrant chair-a-cise class for just £4. Combining chair and exercise with gentle dance and mobility stretches, it's prefect for people who are recovering from an injury or at risk of falling.
