Hot food takeaways supplementary planning guidance

We adopted the hot food takeaways supplementary planning guidance (SPG) in February 1996.

This helps to indicate where planning permission for hot food takeaways would be more or less likely to be acceptable. In the event of planning permission being given, the guidance also sets out the type of conditions that will be applied.
