Habitats regulations assessment (HRA) screening (March 2023)
The habitats regulation assessment (HRA) and strategic environmental assessment (SEA) screening opinion has been completed for the draft Audley neighbourhood plan.
The statutory consultation with Natural England, Environment Agency and Historic England concluded that neither a full HRA or SEA were required for the draft Audley neighbourhood development plan as it is unlikely that the plan would raise any significant environmental impacts.
