Local plan hearing sessions

Location

The hearing sessions will be held at:

• Astley Room, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL

Our reception is open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4.30pm.

Seating availability

Limited seating will be provided for observers of the hearing sessions (but not participate) in the main hearing room.

These will be available on a first come first served basis. There will be no pre-reservation arrangements.

If seating in the room is oversubscribed, observers will be accompanied to another room in the building to follow proceedings online.

Mobility issues

If anyone has mobility issues, please contact the Programme Officer who will try to accommodate the observer, and a companion, in the main hearing room.

If this is not possible then assistance will be provided in accessing the alternative room, which is fully accessible for all.
