Business centre workshops available to let

The centre comprises a range of 12 small starter workshops, which are purpose-built for new businesses requiring smaller premises.

Location

Newcastle Business Centre is located at Units 40/41 on Parkhouse Industrial Estate East, which is three miles to the north of Newcastle town centre.

Letting terms

The workshops are let on flexible terms to enable businesses to become established without having the commitment of a formal lease.

The occupation fee comprises of the rent and a service charge. The rent is subsidised by us for the first two years as part of its programme to assist new businesses.

Please note: the year one and two subsidised rent is only available for start up buisness, established businesses will start on the year three rent.

Service charge

The service charge includes refuse collection, hot water, toilets, fire extinguishers, electricity and cleaning in the common areas.

Licence details 

Occupants are issued with a 12-month Licence Agreement, which includes an option to terminate by serving one month's notice. The maximum period of occupation is three years.

Fees

The fees are payable each calendar.
