How do I apply?

If you want to gain our approval for a chimney for a furnace, you will need to download and submit the application form below:

Application for approval of the height of chimney(s) serving furnace(s)

You will need to make all the necessary calculations as part of your application. We ask that you use appropriate dispersion modelling software to calculate the necessary chimney height.

What happens next?

When you have submitted the application, we will look at it and give you a written decision within 28 days (unless you agree to us having a longer period in writing). If we do not make a decision within 28 days, your application is deemed to have been approved.
