Public space protection order proposal for parks and open spaces
The parks and open space public space protection order is valid from the 21 November 2023 for a period of 3 years.
The order sets out a list of prohibitions in relation to the following:
- Alcohol
- Dog fouling - failure to remove dog faeces.
- Dogs on leads by direction
- Dogs on leads
- Dog exclusion areas
- Maximum of six dogs
