Will I get a reduction in my direct debit when there are holidays?
The direct debit is calculated as a pro-rata payment for 50 weeks of the year. It will remain the same throughout the year, with a two-week break over Christmas. If a bank holiday affects the schedule, the direct debit for the following month will be reduced accordingly.
