Extreme weather

In the event of extreme weather such as snow, ice, wind, or heat there may be delays to your collections.  We will try to maintain services for as long as it is safe to do so.  We assess conditions and take into account:

• health and safety of crews and the public
• being able to manoeuvre vehicles safely
• the accessibility of the depot, disposal sites, and the properties due for collection each day.
