Feeling stressed, anxious, or isolated? Spending time in nature has proven benefits for physical and mental wellbeing. Research shows that it can reduce stress, loneliness and anxiety, boosting mood and improving sleep quality. The calming influence of forests, parks, and even your own local greenspace can be a powerful tool for overall well-being.

This 12 week programme delivered by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is based at the beautiful Brampton Park & Museum. Each week will focus on a different element such as simple seed sowing and gardening; wildlife based meditation and plant themed art and craft sessions.

Places are limited to 12 creating a relaxed atmosphere for the duration of the 12 week course.

The sessions will be led by a qualified wellbeing professional and will be every Friday 1.30 – 3.30pm from June until August 2024.
