ActiveLife
The ActiveLife Referral Programme is designed to create a positive change through activity for Newcastle-under-Lyme residents with specific medical health conditions.
The benefits are seen through attending regular exercise sessions at least twice a week in addition to and enhancing daily life activities. The aim being that this is the start of your journey to include positive activity as a regular part of your daily life.
The ActiveLife Referral Programme consists of 7 pathways.
