If you are aged between 12-16 and live within the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme, you will be able to access the exercise referral scheme free of charge.

If you want to bring a buddy to support the whole activity journey, they will also be able to access the programme free of charge. However this person must be aged 16 and over.
