Memorial plaque
A memorial plaque is an individual staked plaque that will be placed in an agreed location within the grounds of Newcastle crematorium.
The plaques are inscribed with an inscription of your choice and a photo or image can also be included.
The plaques available are of a small oval or rectangular design or a larger shaped design; the larger designs are available in a circle, butterfly, flower, teddy bear or heart shape. Different colour fonts and backgrounds are available.
The plaques are leased for an initial period of 10 years. Once the lease has expired it can be renewed for a further 5 years or removed and kept by the applicant.
