We have successfully integrated our LLC1 Register with HMLR. All LLC1 search requests will now be conducted through HM Land Registry using their national register.

We will continue to conduct Con29 and Con 29O searches.

We will continue to carry out Con 29 searches.

This type of search will tell you about things like highway information (including any road schemes), the planning history of the property, building regulations, proposed tree preservation orders, conservation area information, proposed enforcement notices, breach of condition notices, statutory notices, assets of community value, rail scheme proposals and definitive public footpaths.

The Con 29 is divided into two parts:

• standard enquiries (part 1) are enquiries that the we must answer

• optional enquiries (part 2) (please indicate the questions you require responses to on the form)
