How do I get a Con 29 search?
You can get a CON29 enquiry form from a solicitor or legal stationery supplier. You can also download the current form below:

Information to include
To help us process your search promptly, include:
- the property's full and accurate postal address, including the postcode
- an up-to-date, legally sourced location plan. It should show surrounding roads and properties, with the search area outlined in red
- your email address

Cancellation of requests
To avoid a charge, we must receive your cancellation before 12 noon on the day we receive the request.
