Meeting rooms for hire

The meeting rooms at the guildhall are managed by different organisations. Please use the contact information below for the meeting room you are interested in hiring.

The foyer and reception area

Weekdays: £10 per day or £5 for half a day for use of one table only; use of more space negotiable.

Evenings and weekends: £50 for a full day (8 hours), £30 for a half day (4 hours) and/or £10 per hour.

Interview rooms (ground floor)

£15 a full day or £7.50 a half day.

Meeting room (first floor with lift access, seating up to 12 people)

£50 for a full day (8 hours), £30 for a half day (4 hours) or £10 per hour.
