In order to demonstrate that we are managing our resources effectively, in the context of an overall aim of delivering efficient public services, we must produce a suite of key documents on an annual basis. The asset management strategy/plan is one of these. Up to date government guidance and acknowledged best practice has informed the structure of this strategy. Most importantly, it seeks to demonstrate how we deploy our land/property assets to support the needs of the borough’s residents, businesses and visitors.
