How to vote

You can only vote if your name appears on the register of electors. If you're not sure whether you're registered, please contact the Elections Team on 01782 717717.

Even when an election has been called, you still have time to register up to 12 working days before polling day.

There are three ways that you can cast your vote:

  • in person at a polling station
  • by post
  • by proxy
