New 'fun & fast-paced' Studio Strength class coming to Jubilee2 timetable

Want to try a brand-new, fast-paced fitness class that makes exercise fun?

Jubilee2 is excited to announce Studio Strength sessions are coming to your class timetable very soon.

What is it?

Studio Strength classes are resistance training sessions choreographed to the beat of your favourite high-tempo songs.

Led by our team of instructors, the new classes will help you burn calories, improve your fitness, and make your workouts enjoyable so exercise doesn’t feel like a chore.

Studio Strength classes are also a fantastic way to meet new people and become part of our Jubilee2 community. Taking part in just one or two Studio Strength classes, every week can help lift your mood and give you a real sense of accomplishment.

Who can join?

Anyone can join in. You don’t have to be fit and it doesn’t matter if you’ve never lifted a dumbbell in your life.

Studio Strength is suitable for all ages and abilities, and our team of expert team instructors will always adapt the activities to suit your needs.

Health and Fitness Education (HFE)

Studio Strength is a group resistance training format owned by Health and Fitness Education. We’ve recently appointed HFE to upskill our existing fitness team, so they can deliver high-energy Studio Strength classes to you.

For those who are not familiar with HFE, they are one of the UK’s leading fitness industry training providers offering a range of qualifications, including personal training courses and Pilates teacher training for the next generation of aspiring fitness professionals.

Speaking about the training course, Lee Cain, Managing Director at HFE, said:

We are delighted to support Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council with their Studio Strength venture. It is inspiring to hear about their plans to expand their group exercise provision. I am sure the team will go on to deliver a great range of classes in the near future.
  

Members can expect a fast-paced, full-body workout that is choreographed to popular high-tempo music. Speaking from experience, I can honestly say the classes create a fantastic atmosphere, and most importantly, allow people to genuinely enjoy the process of keeping themselves fit.

Qualified team members

We have six members of our team completing their Studio Strength training - with plenty more keen to qualify in the near future. On completion of their qualifications, the team will earn YMCA Awards qualifications that meet CIMSPA’s professional standards for group exercise. This ensures our team have the most up-to-date group exercise qualifications in the industry.

We’re very excited to introduce Studio Strength sessions to our class timetable. The sessions are incredibly interactive and make exercise fun for everyone involved. It’s also a great opportunity for members to meet other like-minded people.
  

The whole team and I are passionate about going the extra mile to help residents keep themselves fit, healthy, and happy. So, it made total sense for us to upskill as many of our team as possible so they can offer the best possible fitness classes and advice.
