Toys from the past: Story World adventure

We were very satisfied with the content, delivery and pace of the sessions. Using the medium of story to delivery the sessions really inspired the children and helped bring the past to life. A highly recommended workshop.

WW2 local history: evacuees and air raids

Brilliant session! The children were very engaged and really enjoyed it. 

There were also aspects of confidence and communication developed for some children, especially through the drama/group work approach.

Children were able to link their classroom learning to their experiences on the trip. The discussion about evacuees was useful- it helped to make the concept of evacuation more relatable. The children loved the experience of sheltering in the air-raid shelter
