Catch up bin collections

From Monday 20 January we are implementing a catch-up plan with some important service changes. Our priority is to empty containers and clear streets.

Please note that if the weather is not as forecast and further snow or freezing temperatures happen – the plan will be subject to change. Follow us on Facebook for service updates @NewcastleunderLymeRecycles and share information with family and friends.

Collections update -

We really appreciate your patience over the last couple of weeks.

Please leave your containers out. Disruption will continue into next week, as we work to get services back to normal. We have crews working at the weekend to help with our catch-up.

Missed Collections

In order to help us to empty containers and get everything back on track, we will be unable to accept missed collection reports.  Doing this means we can catch up more quickly.  If you think we have missed a scheduled collection due on or after Tuesday 28 January, you will be able to report it in the usual way.
