Christmas and New Year bin collection day changes
Collections over the Christmas and New Year period are affected by the bank holidays.
Christmas week changes
All collections due 25 December will take place earlier on Saturday 23 December.
All collections due 26 December will take place a day later on Wednesday 27 December.
If your collection day is usually Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, please put your containers out on your usual collection day, but allow up to one extra day for collection.
New Year week changes
All collections due on 1 January will take place a day later, on Tuesday 2 January.
If your collection day is usually Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, please put your containers out on your usual collection day, but allow up to one extra day for collection.
Garden waste subscription service
The last garden waste collections of the 2023 subscription year are on Friday 22 December. For collections in 2024, please subscribe. Garden waste collections start Monday 8 January 2024.
