- Motoring offence - notification period 72 hours
- Caution or warning - notification period 72 hours
- Questioned or interviewed by the police - notification period 48 hours
- Conviction - notification period 48 hours

You will also be asked to upload any relevant documents relating to this incident, for example: Notice of intended prosecution, copy of the caution or warning, paperwork from the police, court papers, etc.
