Strategic environmental assessment screening
In March 2021 we issued a screening determination of the Betley, Balterley and Wrinehill neighbourhood development plan 2021-2037 (Regulation 16 draft plan submission February 2021).
This document determined whether the neighbourhood development plan required a strategic environmental assessment (SEA) in accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 and European Directive 2001/42/EC.
