Loggerheads neighbourhood plan
Environmental assessment of plans and programmes regulations 2004 and European directive 2001/42/EC
On 10 April 2017, we issued a screening determination of the draft Loggerheads neighbourhood plan in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 and European Directive 2001/42/EC.
At the time of our undertaking the screening, Loggerheads Parish Council had not formally published the plan for public consultation under regulation 14.
