Refusing a right to erasure request
We must inform the individual without delay and within one month of receipt of the request and must inform the individual about:
- the reasons we are not taking action
- their right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Officer, or where needed the Information Commissioner’s Office
- their ability to seek to enforce this right through a judicial remedy
